1st Selection: Screening Application Documents
After submission, application documents undergo a basic check at JDS Project office in Bishkek with the help of Agency of the KR ob civil service affairs, and then JICE headquarters, after which they are examined by professors of Japanese university you applied for. The duration of the 1st Selection is normally no longer than 2 months.
For your application to be successful, please read carefully the requirements and collect all necessary documents. In case of missing documents your application will be discarded.
Do not hesitate contacting JDS Project office and asking questions about Application form and documents. You can also visit our office and show us the documents and AF before submission to check whether everything is correct.
Only successful applicants will be notified the selection result, any inquiries by applicants about the results of selection will NOT be accepted by JDS Project office.
